What are your hours of operation?        
You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  For Customer Service, you may email our Customer Service Department 24 hours a day and we will do our best to respond within 24 to 48 hours.  OR, you may call us at 318-868-1378 Monday thru Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm CST.  We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most major Holidays.


Q Do you charge sales tax?
A  There will be an 8.6% sales tax charged to all merchandise purchased from the state of Louisiana. 

 


Q   What shipping methods do you use?
A   Our primary shipping carrier is UPS and you have the option of selecting UPS Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air.  Specific shipping rates do apply.


How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
A Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email that includes your individual order confirmation number.  Please refer to this number when contacting our Customer Service Department about the status of your order.


When can I expect delivery of my order?
All in-stock merchandise is shipped  by the end of the day on the order date.  Since we are shipping via UPS, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  Generally allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery depending on destination and time of year (Holiday times generally take a little longer).  Please make sure that when placing your order, you include all correct contact and delivery information.


Q  Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
A We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or foreign addresses.  A complete street address is required including business name (if applicable),  house or business number, street name, city, state, zip code and phone number with area code.


Do you deliver outside of the United States?
A  No, we only ship within the United States.  All orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii must be sent via Next Day Air.


Q  Do you guarantee my order?  Can I exchange it for a different fragrance?
Yes.  All products ordered are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 318-868-1378 or customerservice@fabulousbath.com.  All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  All returns must also have a Return Authorization Number that can be obtained by calling or emailing our Customer Service Department.  Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  NO CODs.  All payments must be in U.S. funds.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
