Ordering Policies

Payments for all orders placed on this website must be made before they are shipped.  For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  NO CODs.
All prices included on this website are subject to change without notice.
There will be an 8.6% sales tax charged to all orders placed from the state of Louisiana. 

Return Policies

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  All returns must also have a return authorization number that can be obtained by calling or emailing our Customer Service Department at (318) 868-1378 or customerservice@fabulousbath.com.  

Shipping Policies

Multi orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. There is no shipping on weekends.
All orders to a different shipping address must be submitted as a unique separate order.
We only ship within the continental United States.
Our primary carrier is UPS.

There is no shipping to PO Boxes, or foreign addresses.  A complete street address is required including house or business number, street name, city, state, zip code and phone number with area code.  

On orders placed in the state of Louisiana, there will be a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping and handling.  On all other UPS Ground orders, there will be a flat rate of $9.00 for shipping and handling.  All orders with expedited shipping and for orders to Alaska and Hawaii, the flat shipping rate will be $30.00.

Privacy Policies

For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for individual consumers and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
